You get roughly 1/4 xp per resource in Shipwright.

  • 539k Fiberplast

 

Most server specific exp boosts do nothing to accelerate shipwright.


Note, if you choose to do it in non practice mode you'll need 4 additional Tier 4 ships which comes to 128k steel, 64k Ore, 32k Alum/Inert Petro/Iron/Fiberplast. This will help you recoup the costs on your resources as you can sell the chassis. There is not much difference between a chassis made with great resources, and that made with grind resources, so there is definitely a market for this in the future.
