AGREEMENT (Legal Junk)
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") by and between EQSanctum.com and you or your company (in either case, "You" or "Your") concerning Your use of our forums, website, (the "Website"), products and services, including without limitation, the Website The Website, products and services are collectively referred to herein as "the Services." By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement, as modified by Forums.net from time to time and posted on the Website.
FEES & PAYMENT; RECURRING CHARGES; LIMITATION ON PERSONAL PLANS (Basically you have to see this if you want to donate to the site)
When You register with the Website and select a service plan (Your "Service Plan"), You agree to pay EQSanctum the aggregate fees (the "Recurring Fee") indicated in Your Service Plan in consideration for the donations and Services provided by EQSanctum.com under this Agreement, which fees shall be paid by you on a recurring basis, if chosen, according to the terms of Your Service Plan (the "Recurring Fee"). For example, if Your Service Plan provides for payments to EQSanctum.com every month, then the Recurring Fee will become due and payable on a monthly basis. The terms of Your Service Plan are incorporated herein by reference. All service plans are voluntary as a form of donation. By default all service plans expire 1 week after being due unless otherwise paid. An invoice is generated automatically and can be cancelled at any time after a donation is done. All donations are transparent and can be provided upon request after the starting date of 6/22/2020. All donation material is strictly private and no information regarding payee names will be provided without a warrant from an official law enforcement entity, or by court order subpoena.
Authorization for Donation Charges (No recurring charges will automatically happen on donations)
The donation Fee is billed on a singular basis in accordance with your choice, until You terminate this Agreement pursuant to "not paying". As such, You agree that the credit or debit card that You provide (or a different credit or debit card if You later change Your credit or debit card, or a different payment method if authorized by Your Service Plan) (the "Active Card") will be charged the donation Fee, provided, if you chosen to. You expressly authorize EQSanctum.com (or its partners, affiliates, and/or agents) to charge Your Active Card the Donation Fee, if you chose that option, and You further acknowledge and agree that EQSanctum.com will not obtain additional authorization from You for each Donation charged to the Active Card. EQSANCTUM.COM DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OVERDRAFT CHARGES OR FEES YOU MAY INCUR FROM YOUR CARD ISSUER OR BANK FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. All charges for donations are voluntary. The "service plan" will invoice out after a recurring time (default of one calendar month). Then, One week will pass and simply not paying it will cancel the plan (you won't be charged).
Finality of Purchase (This means once paid, by agreeing to this, you can not backcharge)
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. In the event of a discrepancy pertaining to fee collection, You have ten (USA,CA) business days from the date of the completed charge to send notification to EQSanctum.com about the discrepancy, after which all charges are no longer subject to change. EQSanctum's decision not to exercise any specific right or require performance of any specific obligation under this Agreement, including without limitation the collection of monthly or annual fees from You, shall not affect EQSanctum's subsequent ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter. Nor shall we waiver of Your breach constitute EQSanctum's waiver of any subsequent breach.
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or private message. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website, credit must be given at all times regarding modded files and or links.
