Doctor
What should I make with Janta bloods?
- The most effective use of Janta bloods is for health and action only
- Using Janta bloods for any secondary buffs are essentially a waste
- 1500+ in any secondary stat after armor use effectively 0's HAM cost and caps regeneration. Using Jantas would just be wasting the stat
Where can Doctor's buff?
- With a droid, a player doctor can buff anywhere, within 30m of the medical module enabled droid. Note the wording on this. A droid does not have to have a charged battery for the modules to still work.
- Without a droid they can buff in any player controlled building (except city halls), medical center or camp
- There are specific modifiers for camps listed below
Camp Type | Medical Rating | Health/Action Wound Regeneration Rate | Entertainer Buff Rating |
Basic Camp Kit | 60 | 20 | 100 |
Multiperson Camp Kit | 65 | 20 | 100 |
Improved Camp Kit | 70 | 40 | 100 |

High Tech Field Base Kit | 100 | 100 | 100 |
This older TEF matrix is here for historical purposes. The overt status of a doctor no longer matters when applying buffs. Any doctor of any faction can buff anyone at any time out of combat

Enhanced healstate and healenhance commands do not need a state/attribute argument.
The order of the states checked for the healstate command is Stunned, Dizzy, Blinded, and Intimidated.
For healenhance the order is alphabetical.
